1Delete account directly within the mobile application
This is the fastest and automated way to permanently delete your account and associated personal data:

Open the Mashapp appLog in on your iOS or Android device.

Go to ProfileTap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Account SettingsSelect Account Settings (gear icon / settings menu).

3What data is deleted and what is retained?
Permanently Deleted Data
- User IDs and authentication credentials (Google/Apple UID).
- Full name, profile photo, bio, and preferences.
- Registered email address.
- Device push notification tokens.
- Draft resources and unpublished blogs.
- Likes, reactions, and saved items from your profile.
Retained Data / Retention Period
- Public collaborative content: Public blogs or educational resources already published may be anonymized (unlinked from your personal identity) to maintain community educational continuity.
- Security & audit logs: Aggregated/pseudonymized server access logs are retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention, technical diagnostics, and legal compliance.
4Processing Times
- In-App Deletion: Your account is disabled immediately and database deletion is carried out in real-time.
- Email Request: We will process and confirm your request within 48 to 72 business hours.
